Refunds, returns, and issue resolution for Bealet purchases.

We want customers to receive eyewear that matches what was ordered and arrives in good condition. When something goes wrong, we review each case fairly and promptly.

Eligible Refund Situations

  • Wrong item delivered.
  • Item arrives damaged or defective.
  • Paid order cannot be fulfilled after confirmation.
  • Approved order issue reviewed by Bealet support.

Non-Refundable Or Limited Cases

Prescription lenses, custom lens treatments, and personalized orders may not qualify for a full refund once production has started, except where there is a verified production fault, shipping damage, or an order-processing error from our side.

How To Request A Refund

Contact Bealet support with your order reference, a short description of the issue, and supporting photos where relevant. Requests should be made as soon as possible after delivery so we can review the claim while the order details are still active.

Refund Timing

Once approved, refunds are processed back through the original payment route when possible. Processing time depends on payment provider timelines and can take several business days after approval.
